When will my order ship?

We handcraft every product in small batches. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. During busy periods, it may take slightly longer — but we work hard to get your order out quickly.

You'll receive tracking info by email as soon as your order ships.


Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship anywhere within the United States.
International shipping is something we plan to explore as we grow.


What if I don’t like the scent I ordered?

Every order is backed by our Made Right. That is All. policy.

We’ll take care of it — hassle-free.


Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

We formulate every product in compliance with IFRA safety standards using high-quality, skin-safe ingredients.
However, we always recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have known sensitivities. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.


What ingredients do you use?

Every product page includes a full ingredient list.
We use a blend of premium carrier oils, essential oils, and fragrance oils (all IFRA-compliant).
If you ever want additional ingredient info, feel free to contact us directly.


Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every batch of beard oil and beard butter is handcrafted by our small team right here in the USA. We’re small batch by design — no mass production, no outsourcing.


Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Absolutely. We stand behind everything we make with our Made Right. That is All. guarantee.
You have 30 days to reach out if you’re not fully satisfied.


Do you offer wholesale or barber partnerships?
