How It Works

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order.

We’ll handle it — refund, exchange, or store credit. Whatever works best for you.

No complicated hoops. No hassle.
Note: Refunds and exchanges can only be processed after your order is delivered. We can’t cancel or refund items already in transit, but once it arrives, we’re here to make it right.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped, since they’ve already been paid to the carrier.
Returns
In most cases, we won’t ask you to return the product. Once it leaves our hands, we can’t resell or reuse opened items — so feel free to keep it or gift it to someone who might enjoy it.
If we do need a return (in rare cases), we’ll provide instructions.
Processing Time
