Our Mission: A Legacy of Two Generations

We’re more than just a beard care company—we’re the story of two generations, united by their beards, their passions, and a shared mission to support those who served.

Meet Mark and his family:

Mark is a combat veteran, a proud American, and the original bearded powerhouse behind the brand. He joined the military in 1988, serving six years before returning to civilian life. But after 9/11, the call to serve came roaring back—so in 2008, he reenlisted. As a Fuel Systems Technician on the iconic A-10 Warthog, Mark deployed to Afghanistan and later to Qatar.

Through it all, one thing stayed constant: his passion for living boldly. Whether he’s riding through the Ozarks on his motorcycle, perfecting his beard care routine, sharing gear reviews on his YouTube channel (Mark Rides), or having questionable conversations with friends, Mark brings heart, humor, and grit to everything he does.

Mason, Mark’s son, is the co-founder, creative director, and strategic backbone of Bearded. That Is All. With a background in design, branding, videography, and digital marketing, Mason built the company from scratch—name, labels, visuals, messaging, scent design, and more. He’s the one who took an idea and turned it into a mission-driven brand with a powerful look, voice, and purpose.

While Mark represents the rugged, real-world experience behind the brand, Mason brings the sharp, modern edge. He knows what looks good, what works, and how to connect with people. Every detail—from the cinematic ads to the scent names and ingredient sourcing—has Mason’s hands on it. This brand is as much his vision as it is his father’s legacy.

Marri, the third member of this family-powered trio, brings balance, insight, and instinct. She provides the final approval on every scent—making sure each one smells incredible not just to the wearer, but to everyone around them. Her taste and intuition help shape the brand’s overall appeal, ensuring it hits home across the board.
